How does the subscription work?

All our professional products have a 3-month subscription option which deducts 10% off the original product price. Purchasing the subscription option will automatically subscribe you to this product for 3 consecutive months. You will receive your purchased product/products each month with your payment being taken out on the same date each month. For example, if you purchase on the 1st October, this product/products will also be shipped out to you on the 1st November and December with payment being taken on the shipment date.

How long will I be subscribed to the product?

Our subscription plan runs for 3 consecutive months. Once you’ve purchased a product/products on subscription, 2 further payments will be taken out on the same date each month for the following 2 months.

How often will I receive my product on subscription?

Once you’ve received the product/products you initially purchased, you will then receive one unit of each subscription product again for the following 2 months.

When will my subscription product be delivered?

We will ship your subscription product/products out on the same date each month. This will be the original date of purchase. For example, if you purchase on the 1st October, the subscription product/products will also be shipped out to you on the 1st November and December. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.

Can I cancel my subscription plan?

You are unable to cancel a subscription once purchased. Your subscription will automatically end after the 3 month term. To continue your subscription plan, you can re-purchase upon your next order and this will subscribe you to the product/products for a further 3 months.
